Julie Keeton Bracker has dedicated nearly two decades to False Claims Act (FCA) litigation, passionately defending whistleblowers who courageously expose corruption. Initially working for FCA defendants, she soon shifted to advocate for the 'good guys,' joining a boutique FCA firm where she quickly became partner and secured over $80 million for taxpayers. In 2015, Julie co-founded Bracker & Marcus LLC to 'do well by doing good,' expanding nationally to support whistleblowers alongside a committed team. A recognized leader, she has served as president of Georgia's NELA chapter and is a renowned speaker on FCA and cyberfraud issues, recently becoming a national expert in cybersecurity-related FCA cases.
