Key to their approach was seamless localization, providing support in four languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Thai. To shape their future eCommerce strategy, Toys"R"Us Asia partnered with a global technology firm, eWave. By the Numbers: 14 Sites Across 7 Regions in Just 18 Months Within 18 months, eWave successfully launched 14 websites across seven regions—China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei. They developed a mobile-first strategy incorporating both global and regional Salesforce frameworks. The Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) enhances scalability and expedites market entry for new territories. eWave implemented innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of the Asian market. Quickly identifying user types was also critical for guiding each user's journey. eWave developed two distinct online entry points to deliver personalized content, thereby enriching both B2B and B2C interactions. Improvements in in-store appointment scheduling, multi-shipping options, and product collection are further enhancing the exceptional end-to-end experiences for all customers. With the help of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the global expertise of eWave, a robust omnichannel solution has been established. This digital transformation has optimized Living Edge's operations, enabling sales staff to provide superior service to customers.
