EverBright IT GmbH

EverBright IT is a founder-led IT consulting company located near Munich, Germany. We assist businesses throughout the DACH region in transforming AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering from mere buzzwords into fully operational solutions that deliver measurable results. Established by Sergej Bardin (CEO) and Martin-Jan Sklorz (CTO), we offer over a decade of enterprise experience from working on projects for Allianz Technology, Versicherungskammer Bayern, and in intricate manufacturing settings. We ensure that our clients work directly with senior consultants from the outset — no junior staff, no misleading promises. Our main offerings include: AI & Automation, which covers AI strategy, agent development, LLM integration (Claude, GPT-4, Llama), and intelligent process automation, allowing us to create AI solutions that advance from proof of concept to production. In Cloud & Infrastructure, we provide cloud migration services, Kubernetes, DevOps, and cost optimization for AWS, Azure, and GCP, designing architectures that scale efficiently without excessive costs. Our Software Engineering services include custom development, API design, code audits, and modernizing legacy systems utilizing Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, React, and more. What distinguishes us is that EverBright is inherently AI-focused. We operate our own processes using AI agents with human oversight, ensuring that our recommendations for AI solutions are based on practical experience rather than theoretical knowledge.
