Etech

Etech Global Services is a servant leader organization dedicated to making a significant impact on our colleagues, customers, and communities. Etech provides a range of services, including inbound and outbound customer support, quality monitoring and analytics, email communication, live chat, technical assistance, back-office support, and software development. Currently, we partner with over 47 companies, managing more than 100 million voice interactions, 25 million chat and email interactions, and conducting 24 million quality monitoring evaluations annually. Founded in 2003 with just 400 employees and a single contact center in Nacogdoches, Texas, we have grown significantly over the past 18 years. Today, we boast over 3,200 employees and nine modern contact centers, including six in the U.S., one nearshore, and two offshore locations. This growth has been achieved without mergers or acquisitions. Our partnerships have benefited from our established track record of enhancing customer experiences, increasing customer satisfaction and advocacy, boosting conversion rates, improving net promoter scores, and fostering stronger customer relationships.
