OUR STORY

Our company is a dynamic collective of creative women bringing diverse international experiences to clients ranging from startups to global enterprises. Founded by Elcin Tozge, a seasoned designer with over 15 years in global branding and a rich educational background from Pratt Institute and University of Arts London, we offer integrated design solutions inspired by top agencies and multinational projects. Our team includes accomplished professionals like Ceren Bettemir, an award-winning Senior Art Director skilled in branding and editorial design, Duygu Kocaagaoglu, a Creative Director and senior copywriter with extensive experience on global campaigns, and Cansel Gonca, a rising Art Director developing expertise in digital and web design. Together, we combine passion, expertise, and creativity to deliver impactful, innovative work for our diverse clientele.

Avansas UK / Integrated Design

Avansas UK

Avansas is an office supply retailer located in Turkey, which has now expanded its operations into Europe, including the UK. Our collaboration began in 2020 when they sought a bilingual professional capable of liaising with the Turkish team and familiar with British culture. Given my British background, I was ideally suited for the position, and we formed a partnership before the brand launched in the UK. As a result, we have supported them at every stage of their growth. While the brand enjoys recognition in Turkey, it was essential to maintain that branding on their UK platform. However, due to cultural design differences, it has been necessary to balance the needs of both markets. Through effective communication and prompt responses, we quickly established ourselves as a trusted partner, akin to their in-house design team. Our responsibilities include creating all their visual communications for both print and digital formats. We design digital banners for both on-site and off-site platforms (such as Google display ads), manage their email marketing, and generate the monthly leaflet available in printed and digital formats. Close collaboration with their sales and marketing teams allows us to plan campaigns and swiftly adapt to pricing and inventory changes. Wellbees

Wellbees is a digital solution focused on corporate well-being, offering expert assistance through a sustainable well-being program that includes competitions, seminars, and events tailored to each institution on a specialized digital platform. As a distinctive startup expanding its well-being services, Wellbees called on us for support. We developed their brand from the ground up, creating everything from the logo and website to their social media accounts and email newsletters. Our comprehensive approach provided them with a complete solution that addressed all facets of their business. Wellbees has established a clear, approachable, and enjoyable platform that feels intuitive, avoiding the complexities often associated with finding well-being solutions. We also designed their social media content, including posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, aiming to convey their identity as a company that is both professional and relaxed. GreenRidge is among the most cutting-edge competitive intelligence firms on the market and sought assistance in enhancing its brand. We believe that a thriving business is not solely defined by the initial resources an entrepreneur possesses, but by their ability to innovate and reimagine those resources. Our primary objective was to support GreenRidge’s growth by establishing a distinct brand identity, developing a website, designing graphics, and creating tailored digital assets that align with their vision. The GreenRidge team aimed for a solution that would provide their business with a genuine identity, appealing to a specific audience while effectively communicating the brand’s mission, values, and aspirations in a recognizable manner. To achieve this, we sought to create elements that would differentiate GreenRidge from its competitors, capturing attention and making them stand out. We collaborated with GreenRidge to develop a cohesive brand identity, establishing a new visual language applicable across all digital platforms. Utilizing various shades of green and turquoise for a distinctive wordmark, we chose a modern font and graphics symbolizing both grid points and pathways. After finalizing the branding, we shifted our focus to website development with the goal of creating a user-friendly, well-organized platform that facilitates easy navigation. The website features an intuitive interface with tabs for quick access to information instead of sifting through multiple content pages, and we ensured it incorporates responsive design for optimal viewing on any device or screen.
