PowerApps and PowerAutomate Projects

Internal Project

In this project, we needed to develop forms in PowerApps for users to conduct consultations with end users. There are 6 to 7 different forms, each featuring yes/no questions, text boxes, and other fields. We also included a functionality to record audio of the consultations with end users. Responsibilities included: - The project focuses on consultations in the health and safety domain. - As the developer, my task was to understand the requirements, propose a suitable approach, implement the solution, and deliver the final product. - The primary objective was to gather data stored in SharePoint, taking into account that each form contains different questions necessitating distinct data storage. - The key requirement was for a counselor to consult with an end user through a Power App, which retrieves data and allows the conversation to be saved in SharePoint. To achieve this, we created multiple document libraries and utilized Power Automate flows for data storage. Our efforts included: - A significant feature of this project was the ability to store the audio recordings of consultations. This presented some challenges, but we successfully stored the conversations in a SharePoint document library. - Another feature involved converting the form responses into a PDF format, storing them, and emailing them to the end users, which was accomplished using Power Automate.
