The EKWA Service Rig Employment Readiness Training Program offers more than just industry-specific training; it emphasizes the development of vital soft skills and provides ongoing mentorship to its participants. It has two main goals: to enhance skills and confidence for safe and effective work in the oil and gas industry, and to prepare participants to excel in various work environments, both on and off reserves.
