Chantelle from Miss Jacob's Little Learners contacted us to completely revamp her website. Her existing site on WordPress had become cluttered and challenging to navigate as her business expanded. We collaborated with Chantelle to transition her site to Shopify, featuring a redesigned layout and improved fulfillment for her digital products. KEY ISSUES & OUR RESOLUTIONS: - The website had a disorganized navigation system, making it difficult for visitors to locate specific products amid hundreds of offerings. We enhanced her navigation and filtering options to facilitate easier browsing and product discovery. - The fulfillment process for her products relied on automated systems to send access links, but the previous WordPress setup frequently malfunctioned, causing confusion for customers and frustration for the MJLL team. We optimized the fulfillment of her digital products by implementing a more reliable system and app on Shopify, ensuring a smooth experience. - The WordPress site contained numerous blog posts that attracted significant traffic. While this was beneficial, we preserved all blog content and their links by utilizing a URL redirect management tool. We successfully migrated all blog posts to Shopify, allowing Chantelle to manage everything from a single platform. - Customers often struggled to complete their purchases on the old site. By switching to Shopify, we provided a streamlined, user-friendly checkout process with multiple payment options, enabling her customers to shop from anywhere in the world effortlessly.
