Aruba Customer Experience Center App

Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, sought a mobile application platform to showcase their cutting-edge networking solutions at their newly established, all-wireless, LEED-certified headquarters in Santa Clara, California, specifically within their Customer Experience Center. The goal was to create a mobile experience for visitors that would integrate the latest technologies in connected office, retail, and hospitality, reflecting Aruba's Mobile-First vision in a tangible environment. As a partner in the Aruba Meridian Engage program, Emerge was chosen to design and develop a native iOS app to guide users through the space. During a two-day UX workshop at Emerge's headquarters, Emerge and Aruba team members collaborated to outline the various interactions of the experience before Emerge proceeded with the creation of the app's visual design framework.

Collaborating with Nike allowed us to develop a transformative experience that elevated Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting dramatically. We achieved this by designing interactive desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms that immerse users in the Nike value chain. The project has garnered numerous accolades, including recognition from Forbes as one of the Most Dynamic Social Innovation Initiatives, a Communication Arts WebPick of the Day, a W3 Award, a Nike Maxim Award, a Davey Award, and a Webby nomination. Leon Kaye from Triple Pundit referred to Nike’s report as “perhaps one of the most compelling and engaging I have ever seen.” He praised the report for its innovation and educational value, highlighting its ability to "bring sustainability to life" through practical examples and accessible language.
