Elwood.Biz is owned and managed by David Elwood, who is also a Broker Associate at EXP Realty, LLC ("EXPI"), which includes eXp COMMERCIAL as part of its operations. David has been involved in the Real Estate, Business Brokering, Construction, and Real Estate Finance sectors since 1989. Over the last six years, he has specialized in the Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage niche focused on MMFLA & MRTMA Cannabis Properties and Business Sales. His sales performance has contributed to their ranking among the top five Brokers in this area of the Real Estate and Business Brokering industry. Additionally, David serves as the Director at Seed to Sale Funding, a nationwide firm that finances properties specific to the Cannabis industry. Prior to these roles, he was the Broker/Owner of a boutique brokerage firm that, by volume and transactions, was the largest Business Brokerage in Michigan. Elwood is a long-standing member of various organizations, including the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR), the National Board of Realtors (NAR), the Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR), the North Oakland Board of Realtors (NOCBOR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a Certified Mentor, Trainer, and Revenue Share Team Leader at eXp Realty (EXPI).
