Sonder Collective aimed to provide global health data, both qualitative and quantitative, to an international audience and sought a partner to assist in designing the system architecture and creating the website. Elite Crew was tasked with constructing a website for the design collective. Our role involved conceptualizing the system architecture, defining the project scope, and developing the site. Talk To Loop

In collaboration with the design team, host organization, and local communities worldwide, we have created a secure and independent platform from the ground up. This platform is designed to collect and publish open feedback, as well as to manage sensitive feedback securely, with oversight from Case Managers. It has officially launched in Zambia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Somalia, Poland, and Ukraine, and is accessible to users globally. The platform supports 12 languages, including Arabic (RTL), and features integrated machine translation to enhance the moderation process, ensuring all feedback is available in the supported languages. Currently, the Loop platform provides five channels for submitting feedback: web, SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and a new IVRR voice channel, with additional channels on the way.
