Ferreira, who established Elevate AI Consulting after attending an AI conference where discussions overwhelmingly favored large enterprises, ignoring small businesses. This experience ignited a commitment to make human-focused AI accessible to those often excluded from such discussions. Thiago holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, where he was the President of the LGBTQ+ club and currently teaches as an Assistant AI Professor for executive MBA students. He has spearheaded international business development initiatives in the U.S., Canada, Spain, and Portugal, adopting a global, people-centric approach to technology. Additionally, he volunteers with Junior Achievement of Greater Miami, imparting entrepreneurship and investment skills to future leaders. Currently, he collaborates with companies nationwide to create effective AI systems that minimize mundane tasks and enable teams to excel in their strengths. He has educated hundreds through his widely recognized "AI Fundamentals" workshops and is also the Chief AI Officer of Revaya Hospitality Group, a startup he co-founded to integrate AI solutions into the events and hospitality sectors.
