OUR STORY
Our journey began in 2018 with Charly, a Colombian Systems Engineering student interning in Amsterdam at Fleks Works, a startup developing a ReactJS platform. Faced with the resignation of Fleks' CTO and the high cost of European developers, Charly recognized the need for experienced software consultants. Starting an experiment, he sourced talent from Colombia, initially seeking English-speaking experts, then focusing solely on experience. Gradually, the team grew from a handful to many, managing new projects and adopting structured practices like SCRUM and GitLab. This organic growth led to establishing Elemento 43, a company born out of necessity and perseverance. Today, Elemento 43 thrives, united in transforming ideas into reality alongside its dedicated team members.
