Founded in 2015 by Brit Galanin, Element is a creative agency deeply rooted in collaboration and client-focused strategies. Brit, a lifelong Alaskan and trained sociologist, blends her expertise in human behavior and social science research to help brands effectively connect with new audiences. Before founding Element, she contributed as a research associate at Alaska's Institute for Social and Economic Research. Under her leadership, the agency has successfully led strategic messaging projects for entities like the Arctic Winter Games and the Alaska Travel Industry Association. Beyond Element, Brit co-owns Alaska's first co-working company, The Boardroom, and actively engages in community leadership roles, exemplifying over fifteen years of project management and client service experience.
