We are advocates for clients and Human Capital Management (HCM) partnerships, dedicated to changing the status quo. Our focus is on our clients, and we aim to share our expertise because we have experienced similar challenges. More than ten years ago, the owner of EL-ITE Consulting faced a complete HCM implementation, consolidating three systems into one. What should have been an exciting time turned out to be quite daunting. The pressure to understand the complexities of employee time tracking, payroll, taxes, data migration, and training over 3,000 employees, all while managing her regular payroll responsibilities, led her to seek a better approach. Over the past decade, she collaborated with various software companies, noticing recurring issues and gaps within many HCM partnerships, as well as the difficulties faced by clients. This is our mission: to bridge the gaps between software providers, partners, and clients.
