His deep industry involvement includes associate memberships in various Forwarder/Broker port associations and past leadership as President of Houston's National Defense Transportation Association chapter. Since 2012, Margaret Ehrlich has served as President, bringing her academic background from the University of Illinois and St. Louis University, along with international experience from Spain and a career teaching English as a Second Language. Together, they steer the agency with a dedicated focus on the transportation community's staffing needs.
