Integrated marketing that truly influences and engages new business is the “new master plan” for architects.
Overseeing a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy for Stevens & Wilkinson, a leading firm in Commercial Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, and Development, across various regional offices and national affiliates, in preparation for the company's centennial celebration. Tasked with creating, developing, and managing the client's inaugural full-scale integrated marketing program, the Eberly & Collard Public Relations team proactively conducted a range of market research, developed marketing strategies, created annual branding plans, devised public and media relations strategies, ran advertising campaigns, organized speaking events, implemented social media initiatives, and provided website design and content guidance, among other marketing endeavors. The process required collaboration among the client’s two main offices, spanning 11 states, 42 cities, 18 external business partners, and numerous projects to enhance awareness of the diverse services offered by the firm, including commercial architecture, engineering, construction management, interior design, and other specialties, targeting clientele, construction site owners, developers, communities, decision-makers, and media members within the client's primary markets. Eberly & Collard Public Relations carried out a SWOT analysis and developed annual marketing plans centered on brand strategy, leading to a series of effective public and media relations campaigns, scheduled and negotiated advertising, branding materials, content marketing, and social/digital media programs aimed at establishing competitive advantages and generating publicity for Stevens & Wilkinson and its various collaborative partners.
