Dynasty Building Services

Founded in 1981 as Dynasty Contemporary Office Cleaning Company, our enterprise has evolved significantly over the past four decades to adapt to the dynamic nature of the cleaning and maintenance industry. Initially a modest operation starting with a simple idea and a second-hand vacuum, our journey reflects growth and transformation through various name changes—including Dynasty Cleaning Company and Dynasty Commercial Cleaning Services—culminating in our current identity as Dynasty Building Services since 2002. Transitioning from a small, family-run cleaning business based in Long Island, New York, we have expanded our reach into New York City and beyond, all while maintaining a strong presence in Nassau and Suffolk counties, thus establishing ourselves as a reputable and comprehensive building maintenance company.
