Dtail is a product studio located in Barcelona that collaborates with funded teams in the SaaS, AI, and healthcare sectors, focusing on business users. We specialize in two main areas with equal expertise: product design and branding. Many of our projects begin in one focus area and expand into the other— a SaaS company might engage us for dashboard design and subsequently request brand development, or a healthcare organization could start with rebranding and move into product UX design. Every project is overseen by a senior designer with over a decade of experience, ensuring no junior staff substitute after kickoff, no offshore transitions, and no account manager acting as a barrier between you and the decision-maker in design. Since our inception in 2011, we've delivered hundreds of products throughout Europe and the US, working with clients such as OXOS Medical, Evolus, and Cinelytic, in addition to various funded startups. We have been recognized as a Top Web Design Agency 2026, a Top UI/UX Design Agency 2026, and received Dribbble's Shot of the Year 2026. Our specialty lies in healthcare, where we have crafted medical imaging platforms, clinician workflows, and patient tools, integrating real-world limitations from the beginning rather than as an afterthought. We typically work in the B2B space, focusing on data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, and workflows—products where usability is crucial as users have specific tasks to complete. Our operational approach includes direct communication via Slack with the design lead, weekly progress updates, shared Figma access from the outset, and a guarantee of responding within 24 hours. We intentionally limit the number of clients we take on each quarter, with project budgets starting at $10,000 and retainers beginning at $8,000 per month.
