ABOUT DT GROUP
Bridging The Gap Between Business Needs And Tech
At DT Group, we connect business needs with technology solutions by focusing on training and mentoring your employees to address their own technology challenges. This significantly decreases the volume of requests that require submission to IT and waiting for a response. As an operations leader, you gain the ability to prioritize projects. We support companies in implementing a Citizen Development (CD) program, which involves equipping business users with the skills to tackle their own issues using various tools. These tools facilitate swift development through features like screen recording, drag-and-drop functionality, and configuration, often without the need for coding. Business users can readily learn and utilize these tools.
