INV S BLE
About a year ago, my hometown of Grand Junction, CO experienced a surge in suicides. This news deeply affected the community, leaving many of my friends and acquaintances feeling heavy-hearted. Having struggled with my own existence at times and knowing that people often hide their deepest issues, I felt compelled to reach out. If you’re in need of someone to talk to or want to share your thoughts about this video, please feel free to reach out to me. However, I want to clarify that I am not a mental health expert. If you truly wish to find healing, I recommend contacting the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255, where trained professionals can assist you. Personally, I advise that if you're feeling down, prioritize your physical health. Eat nutritious foods, stay hydrated, get enough sleep, spend time outdoors, exercise, and practice meditation. If you’re struggling with addiction, fight it with all your might. Don't hesitate to seek help from professionals. Sending love to everyone, and thank you for your attention. ~ Bryce
