OUR STORY
Established in 1903 by Ernest Roy, a member of the renowned 'Roys of Wroxham' family, D&R Furnishers (formerly Dible and Roy) carries a rich heritage rooted in family and retail tradition. After moving to Ludgershall to open their original shop, Ernest's son-in-law Cyril Dible joined the business in 1939, later expanding operations across multiple towns. By 1959, the enterprise focused on a few key locations, including Marlborough, where despite challenges such as a devastating fire in 1976, the family persevered. Today, over a century later, we proudly operate a beautifully appointed showroom at The Dutch Barn, Elm Tree Park, near Marlborough. Our dedicated staff serve customers from surrounding regions, offering personalized service to enhance homes across Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and the Cotswolds.
