In partnership with CAD-Ray, we are in the process of defining, designing, and developing the world's first web-based 3D CAD application specifically for the dental sector. This groundbreaking platform is designed to serve both B2B and OEM applications, prioritizing optimal Return on Investment (ROI). Our main business and product goals focus on creating dental CAD software with essential features such as: - Reducing the cost of dental products by an outstanding 90% to increase affordability - Streamlining dentists' workflows to cut client treatment times by an impressive 80% - Enabling easy access to patient and case management from anywhere through cloud technology. Throughout our collaboration, we've achieved several significant milestones: aligning our product strategy and roadmap with crucial technical choices concerning the technology stack, cloud infrastructure, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and security. We enhanced the experience for Clinux business partners by allowing customers and suppliers to customize their corporate branding and introduced an OEM licensing model that requires minimal coding and is compatible with existing setups. We successfully migrated 95% of user accounts seamlessly, addressing the remaining accounts with an efficient catch-all process. Additionally, we flawlessly transitioned Clinux's authorization logic using Auth0 Actions for an efficient migration. This thorough approach guarantees the success of our joint efforts to advance the dental CAD software industry.

We collaborated with Daily Playlists to create a platform that has seen substantial growth in its community, fostering connections among artists, curators, and record labels. Daily Playlists acts as a bridge, connecting artists with influencers. The client engaged us as a product studio to establish features and strategy while providing an exceptional user interface and implementation. Our initial workshops focused on identifying different user groups and refining workflows accordingly. Through an iterative design process, we created a sleek and modern UI that appeals to the target audience. The technology stack was selected with future expansion in mind, incorporating ReactJS, GraphQL, Gatsby, and a serverless architecture. In the later phases, we directed our efforts toward implementing a UX strategy aimed at scaling the platform through a monetization approach. Furthermore, we improved the design by emphasizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase the conversion rate of users to paying customers, resulting in a significant 35% rise.

Our collaboration focused on defining, designing, and developing an innovative Identity platform for their B2B and B2C applications, as well as IoT devices. To ensure the project's success, our team included a solution architect, product manager, UX designer, and software engineers. We selected Auth0 as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, and utilized React and Node for developing web applications and middleware. The technical framework was built on AWS, utilizing EventBridge and a Serverless API on Lambda. A key component of our solution was the seamless integration with Feller's back-office systems. Alongside these developments, we created a custom Dashboard for both customers and B2B partners, which featured an intuitive interface and supported delegated administration, aligning perfectly with Feller's complex business processes. Additionally, we implemented dynamic consent features to enable updates to the Terms of Use. As a result, Feller AG now has a strong Customer Identity and Access Management solution, with a centralized user profile and advanced authentication and authorization experiences for their services. This holistic strategy positions Feller to integrate with leading-edge technologies and lays a solid groundwork for ongoing success in the electronics manufacturing sector.
