Discovr Recruitment

Starting from modest origins, we were established in early 2020 and redefined in 2023 by cousins. Our core family principles of honesty, integrity, and hard work guide all our actions. We invest time in understanding both our clients and candidates to ensure the optimal match for everyone involved. Hailing from a large industrial town near Greater Manchester, just outside the city center, we take pride in the strong connections we’ve fostered with excellent organizations locally and beyond. Our mission is to identify the missing link, and our thorough candidate evaluation process has allowed us to grow continually. Driven by the goal of helping clients find the perfect additions to their expanding teams, our co-founder, a professional Software Developer, enables us to gain deeper insights into candidates' profiles. By infusing our family values into our team, composed of experienced and passionate individuals, we set ourselves apart from the competition.
