Sarinah Mobile App

Sarinah

Sarinah, a state-owned enterprise and Indonesia's oldest department store, has modernized to remain relevant. The company undertook a significant renovation and launched a digital presence through a new mobile app. Dihardja Software collaborated with Sarinah's team to create a native mobile application for both iOS and Android. Additionally, our team provided consulting services to Sarinah's IT and Digital team as they integrated their ERP (enterprise resource planning) system, a third-party loyalty program, gift vouchers, and other features into the app to ensure a smooth user experience. We also built a content management system (CMS) for the app, allowing the Sarinah Digital team to update articles and inform customers about ongoing promotions. Moreover, our customer service messaging feature enables the Sarinah Digital team to communicate effectively and respond swiftly to customer inquiries in today’s digital environment.

Jakarta Aquarium & Safari Website

Jakarta Aquarium & Safari

Jakarta Aquarium and Safari (JAQS) is Indonesia's largest indoor zoo, showcasing over 3,500 animal species across nearly one hectare. The zoo features two levels and twelve zones, including both an aquatic habitat and a newly added safari habitat. Previously, their website presented all information in a one-page format with a dark blue theme to represent the aquarium area. However, with the introduction of the safari section and a new logo, the JAQS team aims to redesign their website. The redesign is intended to enhance visitor engagement by providing more detailed information about the Jakarta Aquarium and Safari, ultimately boosting the conversion rates. An easy-to-update website is crucial for them, as operational hours and availability frequently change due to COVID-related restrictions. Additionally, they want to attract their primary visitor demographics—families with young children, groups of friends, and couples—with a bright and vibrant website design. In response to JAQS’s objectives and concerns, we conducted several user interviews to gather feedback on their current site. From these interviews and subsequent brainstorming sessions, we developed a variety of suggestions and ideas to meet their goals. We proposed breaking the previous one-page layout into multiple web pages to provide a more detailed exploration of the unique experiences at JAQS. We also set up a dedicated page for ticket information and promotions, allowing customers to purchase tickets confidently online. Our design team selected a lively color palette of blue and orange to highlight both the aquatic and safari habitats. Finally, we rebuilt the website using WordPress, which includes a user-friendly content management system for the team to regularly update site information.

MySiloam Mobile App

Siloam Hospitals

The team at Siloam Hospitals, one of the largest private hospital networks in Indonesia, sought to create a cohesive digital experience for their patients. We assisted them in developing their web and mobile applications from start to finish, incorporating features such as online booking, teleconsultation, access to medical records, and prescription services—setting a precedent in the Indonesian market. The app has notably enhanced patient satisfaction and loyalty, while the internal tools we created have optimized workflows for doctors and nurses. The MySiloam mobile app has over 200,000 users and is ranked among the Top 5 apps in the Medical category in Indonesia, boasting an average rating of 4.78★ on both the App Store and Play Store.
