Reworking the UX of a video education platform

Digital Theatre+

Digital Theatre+ is the premier educational platform for exploring performing arts and dramatic literature. It focuses on delivering lesson plans and video resources for secondary and higher education in the UK and USA. To better cater to the educators using the platform, we joined the effort to revamp the presentation of the content. We conducted research among its diverse user base to enhance the offerings and improve the features. Subsequently, we optimized the user experience and developed a brand new UI design library for the entire platform. Additionally, we assisted in creating and implementing a front-end templating framework to effectively showcase the new design in the browser.

Helping a finance SaaS tool remain market leader

IJ Global - part of the Euromoney Group

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC encompasses several brands, many of which are SaaS tools utilized by customers globally to analyze intricate data sets. One such tool, IJ Global, compiles extensive data on global infrastructure projects and has a strong subscriber base. However, the IJ team began to notice competing SaaS products entering a market that had previously lacked competition. Although these rivals could not compete with the breadth of IJ's data, they offered a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. While customers were not yet making the switch, this situation prompted the team to proceed with a long-considered investment in design improvements.

SoureCloud

SureCloud is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider specializing in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) software and offering Cyber Security and Risk Advisory services. They deliver software solutions to some of the world's leading companies, including well-known brands like M&S, Just Eat, and Autotrader. Aiming to outpace competitors and achieve further growth, the SureCloud team enlisted our support to first refresh the platform's user interface. Following a successful implementation of our design, phase two involved creating a fully reimagined version of the platform with updated user experience flows.
