Digital Freedom with Bea is a consultancy specializing in AI and automation systems, located in Metro Manila, Philippines. My name is Bea Lejano, and as a systems architect with over a decade of experience in corporate operations, I create tailored automation infrastructures for small to medium enterprises (SMEs), trading businesses, manufacturing companies, and field-based operations in the Philippines. I design comprehensive systems that transform manual operational tasks into streamlined, automated workflows. This includes field activity reporting, expense tracking and approval systems, workplan submission portals, HR onboarding automation, AI-driven inquiry routing, and multi-channel communication automation. My primary tools include Airtable, Zapier, Fillout, ManyChat, OpenAI API, Google Apps Script, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
