OMI JEWELRY

OMI Jewelry

OMI Jewelry, a family-owned business, reached out to DIDO Agency seeking to enhance their email marketing strategies to engage customers and increase sales. Although the company had previously utilized Klaviyo, their email campaigns only contributed 15% to their revenue. Recognizing the untapped potential of email marketing, the DIDO Agency team brainstormed ways to enhance OMI Jewelry's customer interaction and sales. We crafted campaigns featuring exclusive offers, seasonal promotions, product recommendations, and highlights of new products to maximize purchase chances. Additionally, we designed campaigns in sync with national holidays and key dates. After implementing 3-5 email campaigns weekly for six months, we achieved a significant increase in OMI Jewelry's revenue, elevating it from 15% to a remarkable 40%. Our collaboration resulted in an astounding 8300% ROI, showcasing our capability to develop impactful email marketing strategies that yield tangible outcomes.

GDEFY

Gravity Defyer

GDEFY, a company aiming to grow its customer base and attract new clients, sought help from DIDO Agency. Their objective was to design creative email campaigns that would refresh their mailing list, engage dormant customers, and build trust with them. To meet these goals, the DIDO Agency team created a detailed marketing strategy, which involved launching 2-4 campaigns weekly, optimizing those campaigns, implementing flows, performing A/B/C testing, and analyzing monthly performance data. As a result, we boosted GDEFY's email campaign revenue from 21% to an impressive 35%. Our innovative and effective email campaigns achieved an astonishing ROI of 9500% for GDEFY. This collaboration showcases our capacity to create effective marketing strategies that yield significant outcomes.

OSSA FRAMES

Challenge: Our primary obstacle was generating leads. Although we understood how to engage our subscribers and develop effective marketing strategies, we had difficulty driving traffic to our website. We experimented with various approaches, including marketplace integrations, different platforms, and social media, but it took us three months to see any growth in our email list. Eventually, we implemented POP-UPs and Facebook re-targeting to convert our website visitors into subscribers. Once we built a strong email list and assembled a team of email marketing experts, the process became much smoother. We simply needed to allocate time for testing, updating, and analyzing our outcomes. Solution: To tackle our lead generation issues, we crafted an extensive email strategy that included 12 distinct flows in Klaviyo. These flows consisted of Pre-Purchase, Exit Intent, Abandonment, Browser Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Cross-sell, Winback, Engage, Re-engage, and others. Our email strategy was designed by specialists who dedicated countless days to mastering effective email marketing techniques with Klaviyo. Moreover, we created four different POP-UPs for targeted pages on our website, achieving conversion rates between 4% and 9%. After a few months of automation, we initiated our campaigns. In the first month, our campaigns contributed to 5% to 7% of our revenue. By the fourth month, we experienced substantial growth, with 42% of our monthly revenue deriving from emails, 37% from automated flows, and 5% from campaigns.
