Web System for Automating Fiduciary Business: Expectations and Requests The client approached us to develop an all-encompassing web system aimed at optimizing the document and report creation process for various tax authorities in California, USA. Our team faced two primary challenges: 1) Time Inefficiency - The amount of time required for annual document preparation was excessive. 2) High Costs - The annual state reports for the trust company's clients were filled out manually, resulting in significantly high costs. Solution and Outcome With the objectives clearly outlined, our development team built an automated, scalable, and reliable web system that achieved the following: - Cost Efficiency and Time Savings: We reduced report preparation costs by 75% and significantly cut down the time needed, allowing the business to enhance its profit margin and allocate resources more effectively. - Quality of Service: Although the time required for document preparation decreased, the quality of work produced by the web system matched that of an expert. - Elimination of Redundancy: The feature-rich and scalable web system completely replaced the accounting software used for the fiduciary business. Technologies and Tools: NET Framework 4.7.X (C#), EF Core, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage (Containers, Tables, Queues), Azure Application Insights. Project Timeline: The project commenced in 2018 and, as our team worked on designing and implementing this robust solution, the client chose to continue partnering with us for the maintenance and upgrades of their web system.

Software to Consolidate Hosting Quality Stats

Unknown

Software for Consolidating Hosting Quality Statistics Expectations and Requests The primary challenge was to create a software solution that aggregates statistical data for hosting providers and establishes a quantitative ranking system based on this information. **Solution and Outcome** The web system incorporates a set of predefined rules that facilitates the automated selection of servers to be pinged in alignment with the respective hosting service providers. **Statistics Consolidation** The system was designed with a built-in mechanism to gather data on various parameters from each hosting provider, which is then compiled into statistical information. **Report Submission** Once the data is compiled, automated reports are generated, specifically optimized for presentation on websites. **Domain Database Updating** Our team successfully established a process for regularly updating the database of domains, host servers, and name servers at a predetermined frequency. This process also includes distributing servers and establishing their relationships with the domains (sites). **Technologies and Tools** The project utilizes .NET Framework 4.7.X (C#), EF Core, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Azure Application Insights. **Project Duration** The project commenced in 2018 and is ongoing. Our client continues to collaborate with us for further development, upgrades, and maintenance.
