Established in 1998, Dial a Nerd began by offering IT support services to individual consumers before expanding in 2002 to serve businesses. Over the years, the company's focus has predominantly shifted to supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs). A pivotal moment came in 2015 when Dial a Nerd merged with another organization, enabling the creation of a comprehensive IT and communication solution specifically designed for SMEs. This solution covers a broad spectrum—from supplying individual laptops to developing fiber-connected geo-redundant hybrid-cloud infrastructures. Historically, such extensive services were affordable primarily to large enterprises with deep budgets; however, through this collaboration, SMEs, mid-market firms, households, and schools gain access to integrated and connected IT solutions at considerably lower costs.
