Custom Hybrid Event Management Software

:Puls

Puls is a web and mobile platform created by dev.family for Upjet, a company specializing in corporate event management that organizes large conferences, incentive programs, and business travel globally. The objective was to replace disjointed spreadsheets and manual processes with a centralized system that could efficiently manage participants, logistics, and travel from start to finish. The main challenge involved the operational intricacies of large events, such as hundreds of attendees, multi-city travel plans, and constant adjustments to flights, hotels, and transfers. Upjet required a system that could ensure accuracy and transparency for all stakeholders while remaining user-friendly. Dev.family designed and developed Puls as an integrated ecosystem that connects administrators, partners, and attendees in real time. The platform empowers managers to create projects, plan routes and accommodations, oversee documentation and visas, and monitor each participant's journey. Attendees can access tailored event information through a mobile app that provides live updates on schedules, flights, and bookings. Any changes made to travel or accommodations are instantly synced across both web and mobile platforms. The system was developed using Laravel for the backend, as well as React and React Native for the web and mobile interfaces. A custom design system was implemented to ensure a consistent user experience and reusable interface components. A robust API architecture was designed to handle high data volumes and enable real-time synchronization across multiple simultaneous events. Consequently, dev.family delivered a scalable, enterprise-level product that streamlined Upjet’s core operations, minimized human error, and decreased coordination time between departments. Puls has established itself as a dependable foundation for future expansion and integration with third-party travel and booking services.

Dark kitchen mobile app

Sizl

Sizl exemplifies dark kitsch with substantial potential, poised to expand beyond Chicago into other cities and states across the US. As part of the project, we addressed challenges on three fronts and offered several advantages associated with cloud kitchens. For businesses, we developed features that benefit those involved in food delivery and subscription services. The application boasts a user-friendly meal builder, combo options, a streamlined checkout process, address management, a referral program, and gamification features including built-in games. For users, we designed an intuitive app that enables fast and easy food ordering, suitable for everyday use or special occasions like events and corporate catering. For the technical team, we transitioned the app from Kotlin Multiplatform to React Native, refined the design layouts, and established a robust architecture to serve as a solid foundation for future project development. This transition has facilitated quicker implementation of new features, resulting in a flexible and scalable platform that can adapt swiftly to changing market demands.

How We Launched a Rider App in Just 2.5 Week

Sizl

Sizl is a dark kitchen network located in Chicago. In April 2025, we assisted them in completely reconstructing their primary customer application within a three-month period. Afterward, we transitioned the project to React Native, incorporated additional features, and readied the product for a presentation to potential investors. This relaunch enabled Sizl to obtain funding, and we have since been developing the product in our role as their technical partner. The next phase involved creating a dedicated riders application, designed separately to separate business logic and optimize operational processes.
