**BACKGROUND** Please introduce your company and your role there. I serve as the interim director of communications at Corum Group, a manufacturer of mining equipment. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What prompted your company to engage Design Planet? The company was undertaking a comprehensive rebranding initiative, and we enlisted Design Planet to develop a new website. What objectives did you have for this project? We aimed for the updated site to better showcase our company's strengths and offer more detailed information about our services, production lines, and new equipment. **SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor? We issued tenders to several regional design studios, ultimately narrowing it down to five candidates. A four-member committee, including our marketing director, made the final selection. Please describe the project and the services they provided in detail. Design Planet revamped our corporate website and created a promotional site for new powered-face equipment. They crafted designs, produced models, developed character animations, handled programming, and conducted testing. They also established a news section and media center featuring a photo and video gallery. We prepared the content on our own and then submitted it to Design Planet for execution. Going forward, we plan to enhance the site into a corporate portal and integrate more informational sections about our team, products, and services. What was the team structure? Throughout the project, the same team of eight individuals was involved. This included two designers, two programmers, a QA specialist, an editor, and a translator, all managed by the founder of Design Planet, who acted as the project manager. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you provide any insights into how this project has impacted your business? The new website is both stylish and informative, especially when compared to other ventures in the mining equipment industry, and it has aided us in securing several local and international contracts. Its multilingual capabilities make it easily accessible for administrators, allowing downloads of company digests, case studies, and product catalogs. Colleagues in the industry frequently refer to its informative database for new material. How was project management structured, and how effective was it? We held regular meetings to ensure transparent and informative communication. What impressed you most about this company? We value their meticulousness; Design Planet pays attention to every detail, no matter how minor, which significantly enhances the quality of the project. Are there any areas for improvement? We currently lack the internal resources to create certain materials and would appreciate it if Design Planet could take on more concurrent tasks to help alleviate this issue.
