**BACKGROUND** Please introduce your company and your role. The National Forensic DNA Profiling Laboratory (NFDPL) is Bangladesh's very first DNA lab. It was established by the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, under the Multi-Sectoral Programme on Violence Against Women (MSP-VAW). We discovered Dcastalia through a referral and contacted them. They arranged a meeting to understand our requirements and then outlined a detailed plan, including pricing, to help us meet our objectives. We selected them due to their impressive expertise and experience. **Scope of Work:** Please outline the project specifics, including steps, major deliverables, and technologies employed. Over several days, we engaged in extensive discussions with Dcastalia, who guided us through a structured inquiry to pinpoint key ideas and features. They manually researched and reviewed all previous documentation and laboratory visits to gather data. We identified essential functionalities to test and offered feedback at each phase. The final system is robust and serves as an effective archiving software for both historical and new case profiles, reports, and documents. It includes a multifunctional dashboard for presenting reports and graphical charts by category.
