I began my career in print production and gradually advanced to positions such as full-time designer, senior designer, and art director. I have a deep understanding of both the production and creative processes, allowing me to leverage my extensive experience to create appealing, effective, and budget-friendly designs for my clients. I’ve collaborated with a variety of organizations, from large corporations to small businesses, advertising agencies, publishers, and as an independent freelancer. I thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. I am capable of managing long-term projects as well as quick, one-time assignments, and I can effectively handle tight deadlines.

OUR STORY
Dave Harford's journey into graphic design was unplanned yet deeply rooted in his artistic nature. Initially pursuing fine art and film at the University of Pittsburgh, he transitioned from a courier role at a design studio to mastering design applications independently, eventually solidifying his career as a graphic designer and art director. Over 25 years, Dave has cultivated a versatile skill set encompassing print design, logo creation, digital illustration, and web projects, serving more than 350 clients, many for over 15 years. Based in Aspinwall, PA, he operates from a home studio, combining his production experience and creative insight to deliver compelling, client-focused designs that elevate businesses. Outside work, he enjoys neighborhood walks with his dog, Baxter.
