Each project is closely monitored by a technical architect who establishes the framework and guides the developer team. Not a single line of code is deployed without undergoing review by the architect. The architect collaborates with a product owner responsible for product delivery and ensuring effective communication across teams. Developers are assigned based on the specific coding requirements. We maintain a high level of code coverage (over 75% at any time) and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI & CD) practices.
