They required a contractor to build the platform from the ground up, incorporating a matchmaking algorithm to identify suitable pairings between buyers and sellers, as well as hosting and data reporting capabilities. As a vendor, CyberCraft was tasked with designing, implementing, and creating software that allows for secure payments and verified money transfers. ### Business Challenge The project involved integrating APIs to verify financial information, enabling companies to securely transfer sensitive data, and connecting with accounting services. The goal was to reduce the risk of financial fraud for both parties involved in the transaction. There was a need to explore QuickBooks and provide varying levels of access based on user roles. Additionally, an investigation into Plaid was necessary, as it is a global data network and payments platform. An effective UI/UX design was also created, tailored to the platform's functionality. ### Value Delivered Achwho successfully launched a minimal viable product (MVP) that differentiates itself in a crowded market, offering users a smooth experience. The design took future scalability and ecosystem considerations into account, allowing for enhancements and the addition of new features and automation down the line. The quality of the MVP was vital for Achwho, providing a straightforward yet functional solution that has been tested by early users, giving our client a clear perspective on future feature additions while avoiding high costs and complexity. The product owner has given bank officers access to manually verify and check banking accounts, though improvements are still possible. Rather than simply providing admin panel access, we can connect Achwho with a third-party service to automate the verification process.
