CustomGento GmbH

Our team’s strength lies in our ideal size—we're large enough to master all e-commerce aspects yet small enough to know each member personally. We eliminate complex hierarchies so you connect directly with the developer familiar with your code, not just for single projects but as an ongoing partner. We prioritize clear, frequent communication, ensuring that technical discussions remain accessible. Founded by Simon, who gained Magento expertise during his studies managing enduring client shops, CustomGento emerged in 2017 when Ole joined. We evolved from a home office to a shared workspace and are now a GmbH based in Frankfurt with room to grow. Our diverse developers collaborate to deliver optimal solutions, offering a straightforward and reliable agency experience without cumbersome processes or shifting contacts.
