The platform provides a thorough solution for organizations seeking to enhance and transform their training processes. Over 4,000 training organizations currently utilize Digiforma. This Learning Management System (LMS) enables real-time training management, improves commercial tracking through an integrated CRM, and streamlines communication with students through a dedicated extranet. A French software company specializing in enterprise solutions sought assistance with Elixir programming for their rapidly growing training and education tool. Our team was tasked with developing new components and rewriting existing ones using a technology stack that includes Elixir, Phoenix, and React. As external app development support, we collaborate with Digiforma, continually refining our partnership approach. Our focus lies in enhancing the product's e-learning functionalities, such as creating a webinar conferencing tool and a range of sophisticated content creation and CRM & CMS features. Key aspects of our collaboration with Digiforma involve addressing both highly technical challenges and user-related issues with agility. CSHARK

The HIRO project, now known as Locket, focused on developing smart insurance solutions in the FinTech sector. Curiosum provided support for the technological framework through Elixir Development Services. The product created by Hiro/Locket aimed to streamline and enhance home insurance offerings. As an Insurtech startup, Hiro needed to accelerate the development of its minimum viable product (MVP) app and integrate additional features post-launch. Curiosum was tasked with the development of the Elixir-related scope for payments, which included conceptualizing and delivering the Elixir payments module for the platform. The objective was to position the product as a leader in smart insurance solutions. CSHARK selected us for collaboration due to our project experience and expertise with the Elixir tech stack. In the initial months, our team augmented the existing group of Elixir developers, and after the MVP verification phase—during which users provided feedback on their additional needs—we took on the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing the insurance platform built with Elixir and Phoenix umbrella apps. We integrated with major insurance providers via their APIs and improved the existing payment system. Additionally, we developed a reporting system and insightful analytics through a dedicated admin dashboard. We utilized Phoenix LiveView to display data in tables, charts, statistics, and information on inquiries, sold policies, smart devices through users, and the ability to add more smart devices and product categories. Our focus was on delivering value to our customer quickly by adhering to best engineering practices. Our team was deeply involved in the project, contributing to task execution as well as suggesting effective functionalities, solutions, and best practices for organizing the overall development team's workflow. Stakester is a group of gaming enthusiasts who have developed an app that connects players, allowing them to test their skills in their favorite real money games for various prizes. With over 100,000 users across 31 countries, the company aimed to expand and introduce new features. They had an MVP with an Elixir backend and a React Native frontend and partnered with Curiosum for programming outsourcing for their entertainment platform. We created a mobile application for both iOS and Android, featuring a server-based backend built with React Native and Elixir. Our team handles the maintenance and ongoing enhancements of the Stakester backend, developed in Elixir & Phoenix, as well as the mobile frontend application in React Native. One significant challenge in this application’s development is ensuring scalability. The backend must efficiently serve a large number of users simultaneously, particularly during peak times. Elixir is an excellent choice for scaling this application effectively. We continuously work to enhance the system architecture, optimize interactions with the mobile application, improve database query performance, and refine inter-process communication. As a result of our efforts, the platform can now support ten times more users without increasing server capacity. The technologies employed in this project include Elixir, Phoenix, Postgres, Amazon AWS, React, and React Native. The client highly values the quality and efficiency of our work, and we are pleased to maintain a long-term collaboration rather than a project-based relationship.
