Public Education Foundation LTD

The Public Education Foundation (PEF) collaborated with us to drive traffic to the EOI Rise Global scholarship landing page via a Facebook and Instagram campaign. The objective was to secure 600 expressions of interest (EOI) from Australian students aged 15-17 and their parents within a 60-day timeframe and a limited advertising budget. We developed customized Facebook and Instagram ads, along with video content, and optimized them through split-testing various creative components. The campaign reached a total audience of 429,057 and achieved 3,654,263 impressions, resulting in 8,818 link clicks at an average cost of $0.64 per click. Ultimately, the campaign yielded 493 EOI sign-ups, marking a significant achievement that greatly advanced the primary goal and produced excellent results for The Public Education Foundation.

Growth for Australia’s ageing and end-of-life care

Touchstone Life Care

Challenge: Touchstone Life Care aimed to transform end-of-life care in Australia with a clear vision and an innovative Advance Care Plan product. Approach: We began by thoroughly engaging with the company, product, and target audience to gain a comprehensive understanding of the major pain points for both customers and the business. We discovered that many older Australians lacked digital proficiency, necessitating a straightforward and intuitive customer journey from awareness to product usage. Covering aspects from branding to digital presence, we quickly elevated TLC's marketing efforts from a low maturity level to industry best practices. What We Did: After overhauling their marketing strategy, we launched a social media-centered campaign aimed at reaching and converting the primary audience. We generated interest nationwide through engaging video advertisements and retargeted traffic with action-oriented ads that assisted in conversions. The campaign was optimized daily, ensuring that the best results and insights informed ongoing adjustments to both strategy and content. We maintained close collaboration with the client throughout the project to ensure clarity and transparency regarding results and return on investment. Results:
