Automated business processes for Nebesna Krinitsa
How did it all start? The order acceptance process was managed through 1C, which became overcrowded, making it difficult for managers to operate effectively. The process for attracting new customers was not automated, as new customer orders were documented on paper and sent to the contact center. Pricing was entirely handled manually. Repeat orders were only processed when customers initiated a request, and customer satisfaction was not systematically evaluated; only incoming complaints were addressed. Cross-selling was left to the discretion of contact center operators.
What was put in place? Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics. The outcome was the automation of attracting new customers through personal sales and email campaigns. Dashboards and reports were established for operational management and analytics, and sales planning became automated. Orders can now be placed through phone calls, the website, mobile app, and chatbots. Cross-selling and upselling have been automated. The capability to create and print route sheets was introduced. Repeat orders are now generated automatically based on purchase frequency and volume. Systems were established for managing receivables and customer Lifetime Value (LTV). Pricing became automated, covering price lists, personalized prices, promotions, referral programs, promo codes, and special offers. A system to assess customer satisfaction and manage complaints was also implemented.
