Critical Bit is an independent game development studio located in Leeuwarden, Netherlands. Founded by four friends fueled by their passion for gaming, we are a youthful studio dedicated to creating games that are both accessible and engaging, balancing ease of learning with depth and innovation. We believe in the potential of gaming as a valuable tool for training and education, as it can engage audiences in ways that traditional media often cannot. Our games can be utilized to develop management and decision-making abilities, clarify complex concepts, simulate the operation of vehicles like boats and planes, and provide immersive experiences of medieval life from a historical viewpoint. We create games for iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android (phones and tablets), PC, and the web, and our projects occasionally incorporate VR (Virtual Reality) using devices such as the Oculus Rift and AR (Augmented Reality).
