Sozidateli is a project funded by the Presidential Grants Fund that allows users to create and manage social initiatives, coordinate participants, and apply for involvement through a website or mobile app. Our Outsourcing Team was engaged on a full-time Outstaffing basis to complete this project. The website, along with its admin panel and mobile applications for Android and iOS, was initially developed without a defined structure or architecture, which complicated the implementation of necessary functionalities and the coordination of resources within the group. Addressing this issue was our primary objective. Additionally, as the project progressed, the demand for enhanced communication capabilities and event management features increased, leading to expanded functionality. To tackle these challenges, we undertook the following solutions: - We established an architecture for the website's interaction with other applications via a Rest API, streamlining data management among the web services. This made it easier to add new features without complications. - We created a centralized database for the project. - We enhanced the rapidly evolving project with specific functionalities to facilitate seamless interaction with numerous government resources, such as data verification and integration with various third-party services. - We improved and broadened the intranet capabilities, including features like user/group chats, notifications, and calendars.

It offers numerous features, including live chats, calculators, a knowledge base, an accountant's calendar, and an online store for legal literature. Challenge: Our Outsourcing Team was tasked with developing the project from the ground up, incorporating various sub-services. The platform is continually evolving, with expanding functionality. The client sought a team fully engaged in bringing these concepts to fruition. The primary challenge was to create an intuitive, multifunctional service for both users and the Uteka team. Solutions: - We designed a unique custom CRM system with multiple access levels, enabling users to manage tasks across different roles such as owners, content managers, accountants, SEO specialists, and teachers. A user-friendly client interface allows users to manage their accounts, review activity logs, and store learning materials. - As the web portal grew, a redesign was necessary to enhance navigation and facilitate quick access to information, even as the portal expanded. The search functionality was migrated from the Sphinx system to Elasticsearch, providing users with more accurate results from a vast database containing thousands of accounting articles. - The web portal's features are continuously enhanced in response to market trends, allowing us to stay relevant and broaden our audience.
