An Australian-based solar company, Sola Energy Australia, sought content marketing as a means to nurture current solar panel prospects and establish a Google traffic footprint.

MTC was tasked with developing a content marketing strategy for Sola Energy Australia’s website. In the solar sector, sales cycles can extend over several months, creating an opportunity for content marketing to effectively educate potential customers and build trust and knowledge. The small business lacked any existing content. Therefore, the objective was to create a content marketing strategy from the ground up to achieve its business goals. Following an in-depth strategy meeting and research, it was decided that the content marketing approach would focus on the following objective: to establish inbound marketing and blog content that would enhance organic traffic from Google and boost website visibility. The solar company initiated this content marketing strategy in summer 2019 by investing in the 'Content Start' package to kick off the project. MTC's project manager, Megan Thudium, collaborated closely with Sola’s Marketing Director to produce the necessary content marketing materials to achieve their objectives. These materials included a guide, a Solar Technology FAQ page, and a blog post.

Kasco Marine engaged MTC | The Content Agency to create a framework for a content marketing strategy and produce content for the CertiSafe™ Municipal Mixer. The objective of the marketing initiative was to draw high-quality prospects to the website through informative content, effectively generating sales leads via an inbound marketing approach. To achieve these objectives, marketing project leader Megan Thudium collaborated closely with the Business Development Manager for the CertiSafe™ Municipal Mixer to formulate a content marketing strategy that thoroughly addressed the challenges and concerns of the municipal market. Given the long product lifecycle that necessitates substantial educational engagement from the sales manager, the Kasco team required a series of educational resources designed to naturally attract suitable buyers, inform them about the technology, results, and benefits of the CertiSafe™ Municipal Mixer, and ultimately prequalify prospects for the business manager. Overall, the MTC content team produced consistent content marketing materials for the project to fulfill these goals.
