It's never been about us; it's always been about YOU. You are the customers and clients with whom we collaborate to foster a growth-friendly environment. We began our journey in 2015 by staffing just 5 telecallers, and now we have over 1,000 employees. Yes, over 1,000 people. Our team is located nationwide, in metropolitan, tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 cities. Our employees take on various roles across multiple functions and contribute significantly to both our growth and that of our clients. Clients play a crucial role in developing this talent, as our employees work directly with them. Our process begins with comprehending the specific roles our clients need assistance with. We then assign a dedicated account manager who understands these requirements and serves as the link between the client and our core recruitment team. This team taps into a vast database organized into various categories to meet these needs. The visual representation below illustrates this process for better understanding.
