The Bancorp, which collaborates with notable clients such as PayPal, Google Wallet, Fiserv, Heartland, Blackhawk Network, Yodlee, and T-Mobile, plays a significant role in supporting many of today’s leading global firms. The company specializes in providing private-label banking and technology tailored to the specific needs of non-banking organizations. Despite successfully growing a strong client base organically, The Bancorp remained largely unknown in the industry and among key decision-makers. To address the necessity of enhancing brand visibility and generating leads, CSG developed and launched a custom-branded content publishing platform called the Finetics Studio, which debuted at the prominent industry trade event, Money 20/20. This new content platform allowed The Bancorp to showcase its industry expertise and engage a targeted audience of executives and influencers. CSG designed a microsite for Finetics Studio to host various thought leadership materials, distributing content through traditional media and coordinated social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter. Additionally, CSG transformed The Bancorp's traditional exhibition space at Money 20/20 into an interactive Finetics Studio, where interviews with industry leaders were conducted to capture their insights. The team also established a content partnership with Contentive, the publisher of respected industry publications such as PaymentEye, Pivotl, and Bobsguide. Together, The Bancorp and CSG worked on creating an exclusive invitation list and engaging top industry partners, with CSG overseeing editorial direction and coordinating the live interview series.
