CodevHub will serve as a centralized point of contact to collaborate with the client, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and objectives. We will oversee our team internally and provide reports that reflect the project's progress and accomplishments. Billing will be done at a flat rate, determined through prior discussions about the project's needs. We will supply software development professionals and other roles essential for project execution, including Web Developers (front-end and back-end), Mobile App Developers, Fullstack Developers, Project/Product Managers, DevOps specialists, and Database Administrators. These technical staff will be available to the client to work on their projects under the client's direction, ensuring alignment with the technical demands of their software initiative. The assigned personnel are proficient in English and adept at following the client's agile development approach. The flat rate invoice will correspond to the number of technical resources needed for the project. We also offer consulting and technical workshops focused on implementing new technologies and platforms for our clients' IT staff. An initial meeting will be scheduled to identify the topics the client wishes to address in our consulting sessions. Fees will be based on the number of sessions, the personnel to be trained, and the complexity of the topics covered. In addition to technical expertise, we have professionals experienced in technical personnel management, including team leadership, IT infrastructure development, requirement definition, and project oversight and compliance.
