It all began in 2014 when two Symfony developers and trainers, Leszek Prabucki and Szymon Skowroński, established Cocoders - Cooperative Coders to collaboratively create high-quality software and assist others. Our focus is on delivering dedicated, high-quality products. With a team of 9 employees, we foster a creative and passionate work environment! We pride ourselves on being open and professional, consistently meeting deadlines and collaborating as a team. This sets us apart! We believe that honesty is essential for successful cooperation. Ensuring transparency in our work is a top priority; hence, we provide clients opportunities to review task progress during weekly meetings. Engaging with us allows for easy access to our work and direct communication with the Cocoders team through tools like Slack, Trello, Google Meet, and GitHub. Utilizing open-source tools has become a staple of our process. We recognize the importance of knowledge sharing, which is why we frequently participate in conferences and sponsor events like PHPers Summit and meetups in Tri-City and Torun. Our team actively engages in various meetings to enhance their soft and hard (technical) skills. We strive to assist others on platforms like StackOverflow, engage in discussions on forums and Facebook groups, and give back to the community as much as possible! Creating a supportive and positive work environment is particularly important to us. We acknowledge that everyone is unique, and we value those differences as they are crucial for fostering creativity. We also want our clients to feel at ease when working with us!
