Our company is passionately customer-focused, designing every architectural decision by prioritizing the builders' speed and experience. We base our work on first principles, avoiding inherited complexities and only embracing constraints essential to the problem's core. With a strong bias for action, we deliver swiftly through small, reversible steps evaluated continuously against reality. Operational excellence is paramount; we emphasize quality in all processes, including runbooks, on-call rotations, service level objectives, and documentation, as they establish trust with our users. We foster an inclusive culture that values insightful debate and collective growth, where diverse perspectives across teams and locations shape our ideas. By embracing curiosity and humility, we commit to ongoing learning and collaboration while making unified decisions.
