Mike brings over a decade of leadership in Accounting, Finance, and Financial Services recruitment, having led these practices in Toronto for a major global firm where his search expertise earned him multiple Chairman’s and President’s Club honors. Before transitioning to recruitment, he served as chief financial officer for a private company and held senior roles within subsidiaries of Toronto-Dominion Bank and Bank of Nova Scotia. Starting his career at Price Waterhouse in assurance services, Mike also committed to community service by serving on the Board of Directors and chairing the Finance Committee for 360kids. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the University of Guelph and is accredited as a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant.
