URocked

URocked is a rapidly expanding tech company dedicated to facilitating cashless tipping across various sectors. They boast a strong brand and are committed to delivering a seamless experience for their users. Initially, they outsourced the development of their minimum viable product (MVP) to another provider, which was a positive first move, but that partner wasn't suitable for advancing URocked to the next phase. They sought a long-term technology collaborator capable of offering expertise in product development and ensuring high-quality delivery. Additionally, they wanted a partner able to engage at the board level and support future fundraising efforts. In January 2022, URocked partnered with ClearSky Logic, with an immediate need to finalize their Team Tips (TT) functionality ahead of showcasing it at the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering event in March 2022. Given the tight timeline, our team quickly mobilized, familiarizing ourselves with the product and identifying the essential features of TT through UX and design work. We set a delivery deadline before the event to allow for thorough user acceptance testing (UAT). Throughout the development process, we consistently deployed updates to the UAT environment, which helped URocked maintain visibility and confidence in the functionality leading up to the event. Finishing the project ahead of schedule allowed URocked’s team to concentrate on their presentation and pitch without worrying about the availability and stability of the feature.

Re-platformed, Re-designed and Re-launched

Gigged.AI

Gigged had the chance to expand their operations and attract investment due to high demand. However, as the company began to grow, issues with user interface and outdated technology became obstacles to progress. To enhance user experience and boost engagement, Gigged.ai aimed to elevate their platform beyond its original technology. The initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was designed to validate market demand and gain traction, both of which it successfully achieved. We focused on understanding Gigged.ai's fundamental business, pinpointed technologies that could unlock new revenue opportunities, and our designers analyzed customer feedback while our developers built a scalable architecture. We are still collaborating closely with Gigged.ai to implement additional features and integrations. The Outcomes: - Increased Investment: Thanks to the MVP we developed, Gigged was able to secure funding. - Rapid Development: The entire interface was revamped and launched in under nine months. - White Labeling: This opened new revenue channels and sparked innovative ideas for the business.

Wolfson Brands - Online Shop Build

Wolfson Brands

In recent months, the growth of the brand team at Wolfson Brands has required updates to their online stores. ClearSky Logic was enlisted to assist the existing tech team with an excellent opportunity for expansion. However, they faced tight deadlines set by the board, who were demanding more while the tech team and Head of Technology were tied up with various projects. Our role was to help manage this surge in demand, improve estimation processes, and identify operational bottlenecks. Considering Wolfson Brands' global reach across several online stores, ClearSky Logic needed to strategically prioritize tasks and plan ahead to ensure timely updates and implementations. Effective communication, collaboration, and transparency were crucial for both teams to successfully achieve shared goals. ClearSky Logic introduced an organized framework by creating specialized teams known as Squads. The Black Squad was particularly focused on improving Wolfson's capabilities in their online shops and campaign pages. Daily scrums, shared Slack channels, and in-person teamwork allowed us to closely collaborate with Wolfson, facilitating progress tracking, idea sharing, and problem-solving. This cooperative approach ensured that all team members were kept informed of decisions and could identify the best strategies to maintain development momentum. ClearSky Logic's Special Ops Squad takes pride in celebrating the gradual successes we've achieved in our ongoing collaboration with Wolfson.
